APPOINTMENT POLICIES

  • No call no show leads to no future appointments. 
  • If client is late more than 15 min without notifying us, appointment will need to be reschedule, deposit will be lost! 
  • Non refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. Deposits can only be transferred or refunded in NO less than 3 days of cancellation or rescheduling of original appointment. 
  • Come with your hair clean with tangles free, fully stretched out with a blow dryer! This will help you and my next client get out of the chair in time. Failure will lead to $10 extra charge
  • Do not bring any company or kids to your appointment. Exceptions may be allowed. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You have 30 days to return products, after that we can’t offer refund or exchange.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before a refund/exchange will be issued. Products must be unused if order to be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, delays of packages due to putting an incorrect address! Please see shipping carrier for solution.

Shipping can take up to 10 business days, please understand that any circumstance can happen and can lead to a delay.
